Let’s have some fun with history:

1; Actually the word comes from “His Story”’

2; ‘If you don’t know your history you are forced to repeat it’ is a saying I have heard a number of times. It seems to me that all we are doing is repeating history with one war or the other or even multiple ones all at the same time. So what have we learned? To wage war in a better and more destructive way?

3; I wonder if history of earlier times is really applicable today. In the last 165 years the development of the human society has been so intensive and rapid that comparisons are almost impossible. To trace this development is one thing, to apply it to other times in the history of the human race is quite another.
