Victor is doing well. Yesterday Kris brought over the dog sleeping item and we put Victor in it. He sniffed around for a while and then got out. If you think that was the last of it you are wrong. That very afternoon and also all night he climbed by himself into it and slept. In the last case all night long. So the change over from our place to his new home will be made much easier. When he gets there he can go and find his old nest again. We had thought about it for some time and came up with this solution and it has worked out - at least so far.

I guess I didn't realize you weren't planning to keep Victor. How old does he need to be to move to a new home? Do you already have a new owner for him?
